From renters (public site visitors)

• Name, email address, and phone number, when you submit a contact form about a listing
• Any message you include with your inquiry
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, filters applied) to help brokerages understand listing interest

We do not require renters to create an account or log in to browse listings or contact a brokerage.

From brokerage admins and salespeople (account holders)

• Name, email address, and password (stored securely, hashed, never in plain text)
• Brokerage name and role (admin or salesperson)
• Listings, leads, and activity data you create or manage on the Platform
• Billing information, processed and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or banking details on our own servers.

Automatically collected

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, used for security and basic analytics purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Connect renters with the brokerage or agent responsible for a listing they're interested in
• Allow brokerages to manage their listings, leads, and team performance
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send account-related emails (signup confirmation, password resets, notifications about leads or account activity)
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Platform
• Improve the Platform based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Contact form submissions are shared with the specific brokerage or salesperson associated with the listing you inquired about, or the brokerage's admin team if unassigned. This is the core purpose of the Platform, connecting renters with rental agents.
• Payment information is shared with Stripe, our payment processor, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as our hosting and email delivery providers) may process data on our behalf, solely to provide those services.
• We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Quovo, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Brokerage account holders can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, PIPEDA) to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and legitimate business retention needs
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time

9. Children's Privacy
